Return Process

  Log into your Khadims account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition with all brand tags, packaging, and the invoice intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 3-5 business days at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged pair immediately.
